WNDLRUST Group, LLC ("WNDLRUST," "we," "our," or "us") curates and facilitates group travel experiences. WNDLRUST is not an airline, hotel, tour operator, or transportation provider. We act solely as an intermediary between travelers and independent third‑party suppliers.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services and make a booking. By booking a trip, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. A booking is not confirmed until payment is received and written confirmation is issued by WNDLRUST. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

You are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and for complying with all entry, exit, and health requirements for your destination. WNDLRUST is not responsible for denied entry, missed travel, or disruptions related to documentation or health requirements.

All changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Booking Policy and may also be subject to the terms and conditions of third‑party suppliers.

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, delays, natural disasters, criminal activity, and acts or omissions of third parties. By booking a trip, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WNDLRUST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your travel or use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WNDLRUST from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your conduct during travel.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the website are owned by or licensed to WNDLRUST and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

WNDLRUST shall not be liable for delays, changes, cancellations, or failures to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies, government actions, border closures, wildfires, natural disasters, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, war, terrorism, or civil unrest. In such circumstances, refunds will be limited to amounts recoverable from third‑party suppliers, if any.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of California in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

By participating in a WNDLRUST trip, you grant WNDLRUST the irrevocable right to capture, use, reproduce, and distribute photographs, video, and audio recordings in which you may appear for marketing, promotional, editorial, and commercial purposes without compensation. If you wish to opt out, you must notify WNDLRUST in writing prior to departure.

All travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, hosts, guides, staff, and local communities. WNDLRUST reserves the right to remove any participant from a trip without refund if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or detrimental to the group experience.

Travelers are responsible for determining whether a trip is appropriate for their physical abilities and medical conditions. You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility needs prior to departure. Accessibility accommodations cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing by WNDLRUST.

WNDLRUST may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
