official booking policy please read carefully.

Most WNDLRUST trips require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. Deposits are applied toward the total trip cost and confirm your participation once payment is received and acknowledged by WNDLRUST.

Final payment deadlines are communicated at the time of booking. Failure to submit payment by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within sixty days of departure are non-refundable. Cancellations made earlier may be eligible for a partial refund, less applicable fees and any non-recoverable third-party costs.

WNDLRUST reserves the right to cancel a trip due to insufficient participation, safety concerns, or events beyond our control. In such cases, refunds will be issued only for amounts paid directly to WNDLRUST, excluding non-recoverable third-party expenses.

Trip itineraries may change due to weather conditions, supplier availability, or operational requirements. Such changes are part of the nature of travel and do not entitle travelers to refunds.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for certain trips. Travelers are responsible for securing appropriate coverage.

No refunds are provided for no-shows or for unused portions of a trip due to early departure.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting WNDLRUST may result in forfeiture of any eligible refunds and restriction from future bookings.
